Business Development Manager

Core Function

The Business Development is ultimately responsible to  ensure the growth and development of  the Lance Mason and LM Costs brands whilst maintaining current relationships with our extensive client and supplier base.


MAIN DUTIES

  • To prospect new clients for the external costs department
  • To prepare and action the marketing requirements for the department
  • To manage all existing client accounts with a view to grow each account
  • To represent the business in a professional manner at all times
  • To oversee the day to day reporting needs of internal and external clients
  • To collect and return clients files as required
  • To undertake all required research tasks to assist in the development of the brand
  • To Assist in technical costs queries
  • To monitor current market trends and adjust the marketing and prospecting plans for department
  • To develop and growth the businesses suppliers list
  • To support the company's overall growth strategy

 

TARGETS

 

  • To Bring in 200 cost files per Term
  • To bring in 200 Non RTA matters a term
  • To maintain the existing supplier relationships ensuring the company delivering the highest levels of service in every discipline we enter into.

 

Previous experience as a Business Development Manager is the Legal sector in a significant advantage but not essential.
