Head of Sales and Marketing


Core Function

The Head of Sales and Marketing will report directly to the Leadership Team and is responsible for overseeing the Business Development, Sales, Marketing and First Response functions of the business. They are expected to maintain high quality relationships with suppliers and ensure the growth and development of the firm


MAIN DUTIES

  • Oversee the business development team for both the Lance Mason and LM Costs brands
  • Management of Financial Budgets and procurement.
  • Develop, implement and manage Online PPC and SEO campaigns to attract direct clients to the business
  • Develop and grow the suppliers for the business
  • Oversee the First Response vetting team ensuring the highest standards are met throughout the customer journey
  • Ensure the monthly submissions targets are met or exceeded to create sustainability and growth in the business

 

DEPARTMENTAL DUTIES

  • Staff Training and Development
  • Implementing and cascading group and company initiatives to the team
  • Maintain B2B and B2C workflows and relationships
  • Researching, reviewing and implementing new value propositions within the business
